Our WordPress SEO services fix the settings that decide how Google crawls your site. We configure Rank Math or Yoast, permalinks, schema, sitemaps and archive pages, then confirm indexing in Search Console, so your content and links have a clean platform to rank from.
Trusted by growing brands

WordPress creates pages you never asked for. Tag archives, author archives, date archives and image attachment pages can all end up in Google with thin or duplicate content. Installing an SEO plugin and keeping its default settings leaves many of these choices to chance. Our WordPress SEO services go through the platform setting by setting, so Google spends its crawl time on the pages that bring you customers.
This service covers the platform itself. Keyword strategy, content and link building belong to our main SEO services, and the two work well together, but plenty of sites only need the setup corrected. As a WordPress SEO company that also builds websites, we edit theme templates, heading tags and redirects ourselves, so fixes go live in your site instead of sitting in a report.
Each item below is a WordPress setting or template change, checked against how Google crawls and indexes your pages.
We configure Rank Math or Yoast from the start: title and meta templates for each post type, noindex rules for thin archives, attachment redirects, breadcrumbs and redirections. Existing setups are audited and corrected.
Short, readable URLs, a clean category tree and parent pages for your services. If any URL has to change, the old address gets a 301 redirect, so existing rankings and backlinks carry over.
We add Organization or LocalBusiness, Article, Product, FAQ and Breadcrumb schema where each one fits. Everything is checked in Google’s Rich Results Test, so no markup goes live with errors.
We clean the sitemap so it lists only the pages you want indexed, submit it to Google Search Console and work through the Pages report for excluded and not indexed URLs.
Many themes wrap logos or widget titles in H1 or H2 tags. We fix the template heading order so each page has one H1, and we add descriptive alt text to the images on your key pages.
We add breadcrumbs, related posts and in-text links between service pages and blog posts, so authority flows to the pages you want to rank and no important page is left without links.
These live sites were planned by our developers and SEO team together, with clean URLs, a proper heading order and schema in place at launch.

Many SEO problems on WordPress live in themes and plugins, which is where our developers work every day.
We have launched 50+ websites, so editing a theme template, removing a duplicate H1 or fixing a redirect loop is routine work for us, with no outside developer to wait for.
The same team earned 706K impressions in six months for equinecare.com and 1.45M impressions for a service business. That experience shapes how we set up your WordPress platform.
We work with Rank Math or Yoast, whichever you already use. Switching plugins carries risk, so we only recommend it when your current plugin cannot do what your site needs.
Every setting we change is listed with the reason behind it, so a future developer or SEO provider understands why your site is configured the way it is.
We work from a crawl and your Search Console data, so every fix answers a real issue.
We crawl the site the way a search engine does and review your SEO plugin, permalink and reading settings. This reveals thin archives, duplicate titles, redirect chains and pages blocked by mistake.
We check the indexing reports, submitted sitemaps and Core Web Vitals in Search Console to see what Google has already decided about your pages. Excluded URLs show which settings to change first.
We apply plugin settings, schema, redirects, template heading fixes and internal links, with a backup taken first. Any change that affects URLs is mapped and approved by you before it goes live.
We resubmit sitemaps, request indexing for key pages and watch the reports in the weeks that follow. You receive a list of every change we made and any issues still open.

Our WordPress SEO services cover the platform side of SEO: Rank Math or Yoast configuration, permalink structure, redirects, schema markup, XML sitemaps, archive and attachment page handling, template heading order, image alt text, internal linking and indexing checks in Google Search Console. Speed issues that affect Core Web Vitals are flagged too. Content writing and link building are part of our main SEO plans.
Both work well when they are configured properly, and the settings matter more than the brand. Rank Math includes schema types, a redirection manager and more options in its free version. Yoast is simpler and very stable. If your site already runs one of them, we usually keep it and fix the configuration, because switching plugins can leave old settings behind.
Regular SEO covers keywords, content, links and local visibility on any platform. WordPress SEO focuses on the settings and templates that are specific to WordPress, such as permalinks, archive pages, attachment pages, plugin configuration and theme heading tags. A strong content plan can still underperform when these are wrong, which is why we fix the platform before or alongside a full SEO campaign.
If you want ongoing work, our Basic SEO plan costs $100 a month and covers on-page SEO for up to 25 pages, keyword research, technical fixes and a monthly report, which includes this platform setup. Websites we build also launch with basic SEO already in place. For a larger site or a one-off setup, message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm the scope in writing.
Category pages can rank well when they have a clear topic, a short introduction and enough posts. Tag pages are often thin and repeat the same posts under many names, so we usually set them to noindex. Date archives and author archives on single-author sites are usually noindexed as well. We decide case by case using your Search Console data.
A common cause is the Discourage search engines setting left on after launch, which tells Google not to index the site. Other causes include noindex tags from an SEO plugin, a missing or broken sitemap, a robots.txt rule that blocks key folders, or a very new site with no links. The Pages report in Search Console usually shows which one applies.
A plugin is a tool, and it only follows the settings it is given. A WordPress SEO expert decides which pages to index, how URLs should be structured, which schema types fit your business and how templates output headings. Plugins also cannot fix theme code, such as a logo wrapped in an H1. Those decisions are what move a WordPress site from installed to properly optimized.
It can if old URLs are left without redirects, because Google and your backlinks will hit error pages. When a permalink change is worth making, we map each old URL to the new one, add 301 redirects, update internal links and resubmit the sitemap. If your current URLs are acceptable and already ranking, we often recommend leaving them alone.
