We build GoHighLevel workflow automation that texts new leads within seconds and asks finished customers for a review. Each workflow is mapped from your real sales steps, tested with dummy contacts and named clearly so anyone on your team can find and pause it.
Trusted by growing brands

A workflow in GoHighLevel starts with a trigger, runs actions that send messages or update records, and uses conditions to decide which path a contact takes. The builder makes it look simple. In the broken accounts we open, workflows fire twice, contacts sit in a wait step for weeks and texts go out at 3 AM. Good GoHighLevel workflow automation depends on the settings around the steps as much as the steps themselves.
We deploy and adapt two blueprints for clients. Lead capture to booked call answers every new lead in under 60 seconds and keeps following up until they book or opt out. Reviews on autopilot sends a review request once a job is marked complete. Our monthly GHL work for 3rd Hand Solutions, a GoHighLevel agency, has also meant building and maintaining follow-up sequences for more than six months.
Each workflow below can be ordered on its own or joined with others into one connected follow-up system.
When a form, ad lead or chat comes in, the workflow texts and emails the lead right away, assigns an owner and alerts your team, then keeps following up until the lead books or replies.
A missed call triggers an instant text from your business number asking how you can help. Replies land in the conversations inbox, so a call you could not answer can still become a booked job.
Reminders go out before each appointment by SMS and email. When a booking is marked as a no-show, a separate branch offers new times and moves the opportunity to a rebooking stage.
After a job is marked complete, the customer gets a short text with your review link. A wait step and an if/else branch send one polite reminder only to people who have not clicked yet.
Leads who are not ready yet get a spaced series of useful emails and texts over several weeks. A reply or a booking takes them out automatically, so nobody gets a sales message after they buy.
Workflows move opportunities to the next stage when something happens, such as a booking or a payment, and send internal notifications by email, SMS or the mobile app to the right person.
Below are our Lead capture to booked call and Reviews on autopilot blueprints, drawn as flow maps, plus the 3rd Hand Solutions agency site we support.

Accounts that need one automation built or fixed
Businesses starting GoHighLevel or rebuilding a messy account
Teams that want ongoing builds, fixes and reporting
A workflow that misfires once can text the wrong person, so we build guardrails in from the first step.
GoHighLevel workflow templates and recipes are a useful start. We rewrite their messages, waits and conditions to match your offer, hours and team, so nothing generic reaches your leads.
We avoid giant workflows that try to do everything. Smaller workflows with one clear job are easier to test and much less likely to clash with each other.
Every SMS workflow respects DND status, and marketing texts carry STOP wording. Contacts who opt out leave active sequences instead of receiving the next scheduled message.
You can order one automation on its own. A single workflow costs $30 with testing included, and bigger builds move into a setup project or a monthly plan.
Most workflow bugs start as planning gaps, so we draw the logic before we open the GoHighLevel workflow builder.
We list the GoHighLevel workflow triggers that should start each automation, such as a form submission or a stage change, and the goal that should end it, such as a booking.
We sketch every branch, wait step and message on one page. You see what a lead receives and when, and you approve the message copy before we build anything.
We build in your account, then set the options people skip, such as re-entry rules, stop on response, a sending time window and the correct sender for each channel.
We run dummy contacts through each path and read the enrollment history and execution logs. You receive a short note that explains what each workflow does and how to pause it.

You built our whole website and it loads so fast now. We are getting enquiries straight from Google every week, and the team was patient with every change we asked for.

The GoHighLevel setup changed how we handle bookings. Every enquiry gets followed up automatically now, so we never lose a customer to a slow reply. Huge help for us.

We have had iBoostin on a monthly GoHighLevel plan for more than six months now. They build and maintain our funnels, automations and follow up sequences, and our lead flow stays consistent every single month.
10:23 AMStraight answers to what business owners ask us before they start.
Ask the team directly. We reply with a straight answer, not a sales script.
A single workflow costs $30, which covers the build, testing with dummy contacts and a short handover note. If you need several connected workflows plus a pipeline and calendar, our Full GHL Setup includes up to 5 workflows along with your CRM. Your GoHighLevel subscription and message usage are billed separately by HighLevel.
The triggers we use most are Form Submitted, Customer Booked Appointment, Appointment Status, Contact Tag, Pipeline Stage Changed, Customer Replied and Call Status for missed calls. Choosing the right one matters. A Contact Tag trigger fires every time that tag is added, so if two automations add the same tag and re-entry is allowed, one contact can be enrolled twice.
They save setup time, but they are written for no business in particular. Recipes and snapshot workflows come with generic messages, timings that may not suit your sales cycle and sometimes triggers pointing at forms or calendars you do not have. We use them as a base, then rewrite the messages and test them against your own setup.
Usual causes are a workflow left in draft, a trigger filter pointing at the wrong form or pipeline, re-entry switched off for a contact who already went through, or a contact marked as DND. We check the execution logs and enrollment history first, because they show which step stopped and why. Many problems come down to one setting rather than the need for a rebuild.
An If/Else action checks a condition, such as a tag, a custom field value or whether the contact replied, and sends the contact down the matching branch. You can add several branches plus a path for everyone who matches none of them. We keep branches shallow and label each one, so anyone reading the workflow later can see why a contact went one way.
Yes. The stop on response setting ends a workflow when the contact replies, and a Goal Event step can jump a contact to the end once a condition is met, such as a booked tag being added. Without these, a lead who already booked can keep getting texts asking them to book, which looks careless and causes opt outs.
Yes. Workflow settings include a time window that limits which days and hours actions run, so automated messages wait for business hours instead of reaching people at night. Wait steps can also pause a contact until a set time before or after an appointment. We set both based on your opening hours and the time zone of your account.
Texts to US numbers need an approved A2P 10DLC brand and campaign on your number, or carriers may filter or block them. We check your registration status before switching on any SMS workflow, and we write texts that match the use case you registered. Email steps can run while your SMS registration is still under review.
